  I am on the SEE FOOD DIET PLAN!    Guaranteed to fatten your @$$ in record time.  Rapidly add pounds, and inches too on the See Food Diet Plan

Calories and carbs way over the top and protein way down low.  This s why low carb works for me.  Eat sugary/ starchy carbs, skip protein, raise calories.  While I have not been eating everything I see, my portions are bigger.  My pouch is full on starchy foods that are not truly filling.  The result is higher calories for the same level of fullness. 

Searching for the calories in a slice of sweet potato pie to complete my tracking.  Its bad, waaaay bad. 

ETA: 
I did get the protein in after all.  Too high on the fats despite being good fats.  Calorie surplus for the day is 184 calories.

Thankfully I had a couple of hard workouts to burn some of this off.   Added to yesterday's surplus I am over by about 450 calories.  I'll be needing an extra hour of cardio this week.

Luv'n this stuffing, cassava, & olive oil eating plan.     I'm liking this diet waaay too much.  Back to my in door running and calisthetics as of yesterday.

On the grind.  F*cked up eating really making me earn my money in the gym.  Working out hard JUST to maintain.  Forget about loosing.  But I have seen the direct result of cutting back on sodas and sweet crap.  I can usually see impressive losses within a couple days of "clean" eating.  Problem is the first time I run across some Little Debbies, I'm all in.  Ughhh!! 

But it's not easy.  It's a struggle.  That's what bonds all of us WLS patients together.  We struggle but we do it together.  Constantly looking for ways to stay motivated. 


B:  protein shake, 5 bacons, grits with cheese
L:  tuna with mayo and crackers, crystal light
D:  I on know yet  (prolly fish)

Glad Lil Debbie don't know my name, lol.   My nemsis keeps changing but you bet at all times there is some food that tortures me.  Stay strong!

I wish I had some leftovers to devour. I was so sick when we left my parents house that I told my hubby  to just pack me a little bit of turkey and some pinto beans and fruit salad. What the heyll was I thinking ? I want a do over, I want some sweet potatoes, green bean casserole, dressing, macaroni & cheese, cheesecake, red velvet cake, coconut cake, jam cake, caramel cake, cake cake, more turkey, rolls, cornbread and everything I can think of.  Dang, this fat heffa is thinking overtime. It's a good thing I can't cook and we are too poor to buy all of that.   I do have a turkey in the freezer though but I don't know the first thing to do with it but he needs to be cooked for New Years so my family can have a good meal.

Since hubby is on night shift, I can now make a dr's appt to get my shoulder injected so I can start my exercise routine. I'm going to try Zumba and I would like to do Pilates but don't know yet. But exercise will be in effect this year because I've never gone this long being inactive and it's driving me bonkers.

These left overs are feast or famine.  Unfortunately I have a carb feast.  Must do an extra workout today to kill this calorie surplus.  I'm eating like a fat girl so I'd best work out like an athlete... or as close as my broke down body can get. 

In the end you know you're better off without the cakes.  If only I would just stick to the protein.
