Hey sis prayin for u I go see the surgeon on Jan 7th havent been to Bariatric dr since 07 so you know I'm like OMG I was 159 the last time I was there dreading even going Sat the 1st it's on get on board with me not even gonna try an starve or stress the issue just gonna control portions watch the calendar at cycle time cause that is when I PIG OUT seriously an thats 3-5 pounds a month for real everytime it never fails gotta get a grip but easier said then done how's ur weight?? Were almost 5yrs out

I got my ass back in the gym this morning - been on hiatus since my b day - so that was almost 2 weeks. I was surprised at how my body was READY to get back to it. Did my weights and a one mile run - 12:45min - not my personal best but not the 13+ min I used to run. I was just bored and too lazy to keep going. I will break in my garmin running watch this week fo sho!!!
I'm going to register for a Mardi Gras Half Marathon on Feb 20 by the end of this week - that will give me 7 full weeks to train - I want to finish in under 3hrs.... I really want to hit 2 hrs, 45min, so GAME ON!!!
And - oh yea - I'm STILL 215-220lbs!
