Would you look at that carb count, and those calories, and so little protein too.  Almost all sugar   ; which I had until I dumped and then began again.  Also, not enough water and too much caffine.  Naughty, naughty, naughty me!   

Now given the maintenence range for a sedentary, 5'4", 48 year old female ranges from 1502-1764 calories (dependent on calculation method) this is a calorie surplus day.  I use 1450-1600 max as my base.  Even calorie cycling I am 270 calories over my high calorie day.  That's enough to gain a half pound for the week were I to do this every day. 

I'm trying to stay away from the sweets today.   Awww hell, I may already have eaten them all.  I will do better today.

I just took my last bite of cake. The things that people did not come to get or take with them are in the TRASH as of 10 minutes ago!  Actually, I ate so much dessert I had my full I am OVER it :) But I did eat just to be eating yesterday :)  I'm back on track will exercise soon then get my things ready for work tomorrow.  Back away from the sweets MSW :)

Good for you!  When its at my house I trash everything 48hrs after folks leave.  I'm at my skinny weight stays the same for decades sister's house.  Yesterday I had desert as meals. lol. 

Lord knows I've got to back off the sweets and anything that's not protein for that matter.  Too many of us in here eating, lol.  Worse yet we are snowed in today. 

My positives are I have done zero grazing and I ran 10k today.  Strength training later tonight.  I've already made up yesterday's surplus  and today's high carb meals. 

Tracking is key.  Especially when indulging in the naughty stuff.
