How's it going Insanity/P90X/R&R folks?

For me? Uhmm... well, ya see...

What had happen was, I uhmm had my dvd's right?

And I should have put them in my bag but then I was in a hurry right?

And I was ahhh... running late, real late, and ran out of time.

So I left all the dvd's behind including INSANITY.

Ran H210K week 10 today. Will do strength and abs later. Back to Insnity on the weekend when I can get my dvd's back.

Hurt my shoulder doing my X workout, so I didn't fini**** today, think I may take today off and not try to fini**** Hopefully it feels better in the morning.
