LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
Why pretend I gave any thought to tracking? I ate, drank, and made merry. Yesterday I had way too many carbs and way too little protein;but, I got the alcohol consumption just right.
Today is a NO MERCY AND NO EXCUSES day. I am back on track. No wailting until the new year nonsense. The left over treats are out of my line of vision and I am focusing on the protein the left overs today.
Its protein first and its striving to eat sparingly where the starch and sugar laden foods are concerned. I will track today and get my non cafinated, non alcoholic fluids down as well.
The holidays continue. However, I do not have to eat like an obese woman to continue to enjoy them.
