Make sure you only eat what is on your plan at your current stage. Track your food. Weigh and measure your portions. Stick to the rules to the letter.
Remember, the holiday treats will be there in the years to come. You're not missing a thing if you abstain this year. Take advantage of this your honeymoon phase and be a big shrinking looser. Much success this holiday season.
