MERRY CHRISTMAS BAF!  Its Christmas Eve, one more day until Christmas.  I'm so excited you'd think I was eight and not forty eight.  I am truly a kid for Christmas.

REJOICE today on Christmas Eve and on Christmas Day.  Relax and enjoy the festivities.  Know that the food is NOT the center of this occaision.  

Tell the whole truth and be accountable.  
Are you prepared to hold it together this weekend?  Will you delight in the holiday itself, family, friends, etc over the eats?  How will you distract yourself from all day grazing?

It will be extremely hard not to graze on carb laden snacks this weekend.  All around me are foods I normally stay away from.  I am not wanting my protein, just sugar and veg but mostly sugar, lol. 

Protein first!  I'm going to play by the rules today.

I must admit that foods around me are SO tempting and I just had surgery. (Just being real!)

I have to hold my feet to the fire and make myself accountable.

I am going to be successful this holiday season.

Temptation is everywhere and this will be very hard for you but you must stay strong and be accountable for every minute of your day. Plan what you will eat this week.  Make sure you only eat what is on your plan at your current stage.  Track your food.  Weigh and measure your portions.  Stick to the rules to the letter. 

Remember, the holiday treats will be there in the years to come.  You're not missing a thing if you abstain this year.  Take advantage of this your honeymoon phase and be a big shrinking looser.  Much success this holiday season.
