Dam I have been eating like a fat little pig this season.   I did ok through Halloween and Thanksgiving, but the past 3 weeks I have been eating like a dam pig.

Starting Dec 26, or so i'm hoping I'll be reeling my fat ass eating back in before I turn into a fat ass.   LOL.

I am not going to kick up my exercise any because there is no need for that but I am going to clean up my diet.

I finished off my Biscoff spread all 3 jars and now it's time to loosen up my jeans again.

I WILL NOT BE WAITING UNTIL JAN 1ST.

Lee I could have posted this myself I have been eating like a big pig and the late night eating is off the HOOK!!!!! We will get it together within in the next couple of days.

My eating has been hits and misses since Thanksgiving. Perfect days and days for the hall of shame.

I've been within reason but not exactly wonderful this week. I am trying to eat like a slim person this Christmas. I must remember that if I don't eat that today I can have it some other time in the future.

No waiting is the truth! Time for me to hold it together right now.

my inner fat man has been acting a dayum fool for a few weeks. and my fat @$$ was invited to 4 Christmas dinners yesterday...but my pouch would only allow me to make it to 2. but my inner fat man is telling me...
