I had to put the morning's thread up tonight.  All I can say is easier said than done.

I get sick of my own do the right thing optimisic bull****
I. JUST. WANT. TO. EAT.
Not because I need to.  Not because I'm hungry.  Just because there are at least half a dozen things I would like to have right now.    I won't make a list for fear of tempting others.

Sunday's stats:
   Fat(g)    Carbs(g)    Net C(g)    Prot(g)    KCals
60.98 92.80 40.80 94.49 1146

Carbs are over my limit today because two meals consisted of lc flatbread and butter.  I got the protein up and liquids are on point today.

The only addition should be 2 pkts of splenda and a hot zero cal beverage.  I cannot let the fat chick wthin win this round but I soooo want to get in  the car and pick up a snack, or two, or three.  I know what I would buy and that when all is done I'll be kicking myself over the 500-900 extra calories I've ingested.  Pray for me to be strong.

You know to put that on the not allowed list.  Problem I run into is I think I can handle it and try again and...  You know the rest of the story.

Maintaining, but feel like I'm struggling.  I'm at the gym every day, but feel like my intensity has fallen off.  Getting easier to "justify" why I should only stay on the stair mill for only 20 minutes instead of 30.  Plan to start back running on the TM and street after New Year, if not sooner.

Gotta move out!!!!

Been awhile handsome fella!  When you're bored and looking for a way out its time to mix it up.  Get that running on.  Good going at maintenance.

i paid for a personal trainer, its great when you can pay for one, however, i am almost done with the sessions, now what!! my next sessions are definately going to be wean off sessions so i can just go to the gym on my own in the morning or right after work. i see when i mix it up i stick with excerise more and stay active, may take martial arts next year or continue boxing. i admire people who can work out at home, i never enjoyed it and my apartment is very small with creaky wood floors! i have bar weights and bands and use them some sometimes, maybe i will shake the dust off of them and use them more ofthen.

I can and do work out at home and in the gym.  I have to mix it up for the best result and to stay phsyched.  Lucky for me I've always liked a good sweat so I had the habit since my teens.

I wish I could $$$ a personal trainer.  The trainers at the gym are good and available to plan your workout and teach you correct form.  Still, there is nothing like that one on one, its all about you time.   When the trainer is waiting you don't put off your session.
