P90X Day 66: Back & Biceps & Ab Ripper X:

I'M BAAACCCCKKKKK!!! Yes, my body was screaming to be back on program and thanked me by cooperating with me today. Killed Back and Biceps and as usual Ab Ripper X killed me. So happy to be back on program. The shoulder is still a little tweeked but its much better. Looking forward to 2morrow. NEVER GONNA GIVE UP!!!

Still not pushing play or anything else for that matter.  Between the flu and other health issues I am down for the count.  Each time I fall I get up again and I will keep trying.  If only i would just stop falling. 

I've got about a week or so of Insanity remaining and then I'm all finished.  When I am done I will pass it on to my skinny sister so I can watch her suffer.  Misery does love company. LOLOLOL

Still jamming on the X,  just not finding myself motivated to post about it anymore or to post at all.

I am working on planks also and doing my 500 sit ups.   I am trying to get to a 5 minute plank and it is kicking my butt right now cause I don't want to have any sloop in my back at all.  I want 5 minutes of just pure beauty.

I'll keep trying.

Damn girl, I'm tired just thinking about your work out.  I'm going to have to be happy with my 1 minute plank, 100 crunches and 100 reverse crunches.

I am trying to plank with no sloop and not shaking at all, that mess is hard when you try to do it with no shaking.    I get stuck on this perfection thing in my head and I do my planks right in front of a mirror so I can see if i'm slooping.

I think your crunches and 1 min plank is awesome.
