Today is my 5 year surgiversary!

Time has flown so fast.... and things here have changed vastly. At any rate, thanks to all the vets who kept me encouraged and entertained on this board. I'm not where I want to be, but I'm not where I was pre-op. Congratulations to all the newbies and vets who keep it going in the wls struggle. All the best to everyone.... sb

I agree with the post that said it's encouraging to hear from the vets that are still pressing forward.  I'm encouraged, and you be too!

5 years is a long time to maintain a lifestyle change!
