Finish up that shopping and stay the hell away from the food court. Carry a snack to help with temptation. If you plan to eat out then plan ahead. Go online and check out menus and nutrition facts. Give yourself a few suitable options.
Tell the whole truth and be accountable. Are you prepared to hold it together this week? Do you know what you'll eat when you are too busy with holiday chores to cook? It sounds cliche, but failure to plan is planning to fail.

LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I ate half of my breakfast this morning during the wee hours. Night eating plagues me again. The crazy thing is as a no op I never ate in the middle of the night.
Yesterday
Not near enough water. I could have done with more protein, but I am well above my requirement. Reaching for the 100g mark has been a bit much lately so I will focus on the calorie count and carb control.
Five days left to hold these calories down. I'm paying it forward for the Christmas weekend.
