OK, now that I am on vacation I have been getting up and working out at 5am and then doing meditation and stretching afterward.   But I am so disgusted with myself.

I feel like the fat buff girl. I really do and it ****** me off.    I took a picture with Santa and it looks like he is in pain from me sitting on him and I look huge and greedy in the picture.   It's a dam shame LOL.

I have realy got to get my eating under control because I have been eating horrible, and now with this new dam delicious Biscoff spread, I done lost my dam mind.

So yeah, I did my workout as usual, but whoop de do. I eat so bad it messes up any benefits.

Can't wait till this season is completely over.

My work outs are not working out, smdh. I'm not all there physically but I'm still trying. I just want to finish Insanity and start something new. I will get it done, eventually.

Liking that dailymile.com. Its taking brain power, more than I've got to figure it out but I'm mapping routes so I can take it on the road this winter. Thanks for the site.
