Tis the season for getting and Santa has sent me a preview making me a very happy kid this Christmas!  I'm greedy and greatful, lmaooooo!    

How many festivities have you attended?  Did you dance the night away or pull your chair up to the buffet and drink like a fish?  You keeping your objecives in mind or just to hell with it caus "Tis' the season"? 

Will you be in search of a post Christmas miracle to salve your regrets? 
Tell the whole truth and be accountable.  
Are you going to hold it together this holiday season or be in need of  'work my tool' type resolutions in the new year?

Not bad, not bad at all.  Stuck to calorie and carb objectives and no processed foods (Translation no fast foods or "FAT FOODS" as MsMolly so accurately calls them.).  I resisted the urge to exceed my water limit (edema). 

The BAD was a 1 am feeding ofhalf my breakfast.  Night eating still plagues me.  Its time to return to the midnight Overeaters Anonyous meetings on line.  Every night.   

Exercise still is not where it should be but I will get back up to speed.  Today is my high cal day in the cycle for the week.  Must hold it together and stay out of the carbs.  

Still no vits which is disasterous and will come back to bite my @$$.   Other than that, back in wl mode to rid myself of this bloating and fat gained by laying around for two weeks.

Ate like a fat pig yesterday.   I don't know what the hell is wrong with me.   I have been working out really hard just because I know dam wel i'm going to be eating bad, but i'm so out of hand right now.

That was me on Monday.  Eating s back on track but my body is rejecting the exercise.  Fatigue, weakness, lungs, I am a mess.

You will get it back in hand.  Just pick onething to work on.  For me it is no processed foods.  Once I stay off the pre packaged and fast food, other things automatically fall in line. 

Pick one improvement.  You'll get there.  Remember: REVENGE AND REUNION is still on!
