Early for Wednesday, waaay early. I know, I know. Just consider it a make up for being so late for Tuesday.
We keeping our weight loss objecives in mind over the holidays? Or, will we be in search of a post Christmas miracle to salve our regrets? Make a plan and avoid those regrets.
Tell the whole truth and be accountable. Are you going to hold it together this holiday season or be in need of a 'work my tool' type resolution for the new year?

I behaved fairly well yesterday especially after eating for almost two and a half people the day before. Thankfully my appetite is self adjusting post op. Highest calorie day since wls on Monday but no appetite on Teusday.
That helps a lot because I am severly calorie cuting this week. Yesterday was day one an a calorie cycle of 1040 for the day.
Carbs are too high and just the minimum of protein but I am in range. The culprit once again is that over processed fast food. High carb and sodium, low nutrition.
My plan was originally liquids/ soft protein for ten days. However, in working out my menu I cannot get enough calories that way even on my lower calorie days. Revised to shakes plus a small feeding or two.
I'm trying to hold liquids down to 80 oz (edema) but its hard when you're not eating much. Today I want the protein up to 100g and carbs well below 100g, preferably under 50g net.
