Today has sucked @$$ hence its dinner time and I'm just putting up this thread.   

Weight loss snake oil to cure any post holiday regrets (you hope); or, have a plan so there are no regrets.  What's your decision?  Let's keep our objecives in mind.  

Tell the whole truth and be accountable.  
Are you going to hold it together this holiday season or seek out snake oils in the new year?

Today should have been day one of liquids only.  I can't hit my calorie goals this way so I have changed the plan.  I am stripping calories to bare minimum with one meal and three shakes for the next ten days.  Calories have been up and activity down the last few weeks so starvation response is unlikely. 

I plan to work off what I eat today until Christmas Eve.  Zero regrets.  I neen to make up for thee past two weeks I spent under the covers wrapped up in bed.

Junk food and five of eight slices of a medium pizza created the highest cal day in years.  I did not even eat this way pre op.  For shame, for shame.  Thats 239% of my maintenance calories.
