Are going to eat your way through the season? Tell the whole truth and be accountable. What's your plan for dealing with shopping mall food courts, ****tails, parties, edible gifts, loving sabateurs, etc? With the joy of the season comes additional challenges.
We may need to make major and minor adjustments to stay on program. Be aware of your weaknesses and how best to avoid those ssituations. Have a plan with built in flexibility just in case you.

LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I did not track yesterday but it was heavy on the protein a with moderate carbs. Ate too much but mostly the right foods. At last the hunger has left me and this flu is on its way out for real this time. I'm no longer feeling perpeually famished so today its back on plan.
In fact I'm not hungry at all but I will force down some protein today. I've had plenty of fluids and one veggie meal so far. Calories are great but protein is lacking.
I will get it right today.

So, I told you that my band has shut down, but I was still thinking I could get my liquids in for Day 2 of the 5DPT..well, not so fast. For whatever reason, even my protein shakes won't go down today, and silly me forgot about my situation and took 2 vitamins...(not a good look). Those suckas were like rocks in my chest. I could feel them with every breath I took. I suffered for 4hrs before I had to do what I had to do to give me some relief.
I did get down some Medifast soup - Cream of Broccoli. Seems like really thin, hot liquids are ok. So I'm going to stick with that until my band fixes her attitude!! She is really tripping!
Glad the flu is finally leaving you MSW . Let me know when you'll be starting liquids next week. Since my band is shut down and that's all I can do, I might as well keep it moving!!

Time to switch to chewables for awhile. If hot liquids only works then there will be no frosty shakes for you today. Hopefully it will pass quickly. You know when you need to call your surgeon. I know so little about the band.
My liquids only diet begins on Tuesday. Ten days, 12/14 to 12/23 then Christmas Eve. In the interim I must keep from behaving like food is going out of style, lol. This is my longest liquid stint. In the past I've done three days or soft proteins.
