Its Sunday evening. Its also too early to post Monday's accountability but here it is anyhow.
A commercial, likely for some weight loss snake oil, stated that the average person gains 5-7 lbs during the holidays. Even at my biggest I never gained that much from Thanksgiving Day to New Year's Day. They just want you to buy their snake oil. However, we've got to keep our objecives in mind.
Sooooo, tell the whole truth and be accountable. Are you going to hold it together this holiday season or seek out snake oil in the new year?

Sunday's eats:
I'm holding me accountable and putting this up early. There will be no late eating for me today or I'll have to fess up in the morning. At the moment I'm right where I need to be and I refuse to screw it up.
Monday's plan: Act like I've got some good sense. Come Tuesday Its liquids for a bit to clense from all this careless eating and take out while I was sick. Fingers crossed, I can do liquids for ten days until Christmas Eve.

no snake oil for me
i've got the meal plan set for Christmas and it's something me and my tastebuds can live with WITHOUT weight gain! unfortunately i won't be able to exercise for a few weeks, but a little walking goes a long way. good luck to everyone in the struggle...better yet, set a plan AND stick to it!

Howdy I did all liquids today, and then a salad for dinner. My salad was small - didn't fill a saucer, but I went overboard on the light ranch dressing, and candied pecans. I gave in, and I can't lie, it was completely worth it. Tomorrow I'll do all liquids again, and I'll figure out what I'm going to do for dinner, either sticking with the liquids, or a small salad (light on the dressing, and no candied pecan *insert sad face*). Just depends on I feel for my workout!
Do what you need to do to keep the calorie deficit in check. Sometimes liquids only is not the best thing at a given time.
I planned ten days of liquids. Then while planning my liquid meals I realized I cannot hit my calorie minimum on liquids only unless I add a tablespoon of fat to each scoop of protein. If I'm going to have 480 calories in fat I may as well have a meal.
Its liquids plus one meal a day. Calorie average just over 1000 for twn days. Boy this is going to be tough. Sometimes its easier not to eat than to eat just a little.
