13 Week Challenge: Ending Week 10

Heeeyyyyyy my New You by the New Year Challengers!
How was it this week? Did you do anything different from your first few weeks. Did it show on the scale? How was your eating, drinking, and exercise? What kind of changes, if any, will you make going into the coming week?

Two months down!!! Only 3 weeks to go. Lemme say that again, ONLY THREE MORE WEEKS LEFT !!!

My weight this morning was 163!!! In case anyone has been following, that's a 6 pound loss for the week !!!!
I can actually see 160 by 12/31/10...WOOHOO!!!

So I went back to the eating plan my NUT from years ago had me follow. It's really clean eating and pretty simple. It takes some preparation, but I'd say it's worth it!!! I've also kept on my exercise...nothing over-the-top...but something almost daily.

LET'S GET IT!!!

Next week I need a few days of liquids only.  I have been bone idle for the second week in a row.  As it seems, the less I move the more I eat because I've also been soooo hungry.  This flu bug among other things is finally begining to pass but it has soundly kicked my @$$.  

Its doubtful that I will make it below 135 lbs but hopefully I will release this water retention and inflamation.  That should get me back into the jeans I bought for this Winter during the clearance sales in early Summer.   

My "new me" objective is to have these clothes fitting loose but not baggy.  Now this rest period after heavily working my thighs doing Insanity has cause a lot of muscle growth in my already muscle bound thighs.  My tight jeans now are an inch or so below my crotch.    HELP, I am in search of thigh slimming routines.  I need tone without bulk. 

I have a lot more *****ing to do.  However, I will leave room for other progress reports.  Get me going and I will fill this entire thread.

Sorry I'm late.

Congratulations on your loss!!! 

I weighed in at 204 at the gym on Friday but I weighed in at 206 today.  Another thing is my TOM will be any second now.  So, I won't let it get me down.  Either way, I'm thrilled. 

I feel you about seeing your goal ahead.  I may actually make it to Onederland by my bandiversary (12/22) or by new years AND I'll be in the Century Club.  No matter what happens I feel like, WOW!  I'm already a winner.

Please share the menu from your NUT.
