Six Months out !!!

As of yesterday I am 6 months out of from my WLS. I really don't post much but I am a black American. (sorry that was a joke - we all know I am not an American). Anyway please ignore my bad humor

Anyway I am six months and wanted to show some pics of my progress. I am beyond estatic. I was 300 at my highest. (June 2008). When I started my journey I was 275(May 2009). When I had my surgery I was 240 (2010). As of today I am 184 pounds . With a bmi of 27 and a body fat percantage of 27%. I am so happy . I cant wait to see what is to come in the following months. Wow!!!...Wow!!.....You look amazing!!.......I know that BMI "normal" thing was the ultimate label of success for me also......I know you'll reach it soon.

Good job!.
As a future VSG'er I want to thank you for posting your pics. That gives me hope that I will also be a success.

You also look like you still have curves--I real concern of mine.
