Accountability Mission: No Mercy and No Excuses

Is (are) your coping strategy(ies) in place and effective?  Tell the whole truth and be accountable.  
Are you prepared to deal with the mall food courts, ****tails, parties, edible gifts, loving sabateurs, etc that this time of year brings?   

Even if you don't part take you are exposed to most of the same temptations.  We'll may need to make major and minor adjustments to stay on program; to find what works for us right now.  Lets make it work for today's needs.

The good news is my calorie count was wrong for a few days this week.   Over calculated.  The not so good news is I am still out of my intended zone.  Need to send out a lifeline and figure out what to do.  This flu has my pouch rumbling for food like a monster every few hours and it seems to be bottomless.  Yesterday I watched the cloc****il every place that delivers and even the supermarket was closed for fear I would go out for food.  The worst I have is dreamfields pasta and tomato paste thank God.

Yesterday's tracking is incomp0lete but I know its not good.  Must post about the flu and hunger and see what others do.  Haven't had flu in over 15 years; but, even as a fat girl I remember no appetite not an increased appetite. 

I will expose my shame (aka numbers for yesterday) later.  My fluids are way over my limit so I'm retaining water and I have not gone out for vits yet.    Not even thinking about the scale these days.  So far my clothes still fit, lol.
