INSANITY/ P90X/ REVENGE AND REUNION... RELOADED (Where my dam bullets?)

Man yall,  I got sidelined like a mother flucker, but it's already the first week of December and I still have a dam family reunion that I have to go to, and those jeans that I was suppose to wear on turkey day my fat ass DID NOT wear.    I think i'm going to take a picture of myself in them to show how tight they are.  LOL.  Ok,  it depends if I get the nerve or not.   We shall see. 

Anyway I am back on my sit ups like a mother,  because I need to get rid of some of my gutt.   I also WILL NOT be doing Insanity or anything else that causes any jarring to my knees because I have no cartlidge in the left one and very little in the right.  Running ****** me up bad.   Please if any of you are running stop before you suffer damage because it is not worth the wear and tear on your body.   I realize i'm older than yall, but you mothers aren't teenagers either.  LOL

So I am back,  I am so out of the habbit of posting now, but i'm back so just know that I am working out and will make an effort to be encouraging. 

REVENGE AND REUNION,  I MAY BE BLACK, I MAY BE POOR, I MAY BE UGLY (hell no i'm not),  BUT I'M HERE DAMIT.  I'M'S HERE !!!!

You better get back into posting.  Potential P90X'ers are counting on you. 

I'm not back on it yet but I will be .  Right now I may cough up a lung on insanity.  My musces are aching for cardio but my chest says no.  I'm getting better so I will try and do free weights today.  I like this program because I get definition without bulk. 

I'm Black, Brokendown, Beautiful, Bootyless and still here.     I'll be back on Insanity as soon as I can work it and breath too.

Lee, I've had 3 knee surgeries on the same knee due to no cartiledge. They were talking knee replacement when I was 35 because I was so fat but I was also active but at that time knee replacements only lasted 10-15 yrs. I put the replacement surgery off and started swimming and water aerobics and that made the difference for me. I even taugh****er aerobics when I was 355 lbs. and had the most popular class. I was tough because I come from an athletic background and I was a coach and taught p.e. for a few years. Now that I've lost half of my body weight, I still have issues with my kneecaps dislocating but I think I can put off knee replacement for awhile. I still may need one because I'm so tall and that puts a lot of pressure on my joints. There's nothing better than swimming, water walking, water yoga, water pilates or water aerobics. I wish I could still take those classes. Take care of yourself.

The doctor told me I did horrible damage on my knees with the running because it was then that my knee caps tilted and now that is where the grinding in coming in,  he also made me aware of the soon to follow arthritis.  All Fun.    Jesus I wish I hadn't started running, I hate what it has done to my body and yet there are still days that I really miss it.
