The GOOD: Food consumed in public areas only. Refusing to allow food in the bedroom has helped with the late snacking. I awoke at the witching hour with no urge to feed.
The BAD: It was a day of take out and a bag of peanut m&m's. High carb usually means low protein but for a scoop of powder and some fish. Partial day:
This is through meal 3. Still to add is Chinese takeout. The notorious generals chicken (you know, deep fried and dowsed in sugar with broccoli as a garnish) over white rice and a small veggie egg roll.
The UGLY: Yet to come. Must calculate meal 4.

The final count at 92g net carbs above plan. Sugar and starch will do that to you. I've frozen the left overs. Its amazing how exercise reduces my appetite and idleness increases it. I have not been bored just tired and hungry.
Today when the pouch rumbles it gets a warm low cal beverage. No more sugar and starch until I'm working it off. Going to throw something easy in the slow cooker and something else easy in the oven today.
