Tuesday: How will YOU move today?

 no morning treadmill workout for me.  i was dog tired for some reason yesterday that i took a 2 hour nap AND went to bed early.  that sleep felt gooder than a mugg!!!

i'm doing a step class after work and that'll probably be it.

oh, for those of us who are consumed with the number on the scale...

i went to my lapband doctor yesterday for my quarterly checkup.  per his scale, i was down 1lb from my last visit.  better news...i met with the exercise specialist and was measured again.  i was down a lot of inches from every part of my body!!!  measure, measure, measure people.  the scale is only part of it.

with that, how are you planning on moving to lose today?

If arm lifts involving a fork or a cup count - then I'm definitely getting my workout on today! LOL

Taking today as a rest day - no gym, but I will do some core work when I get home from work.  I am the laziest SOB in the world when it comes to core work, but it helps my running, so..... I'll do it..... *urrrgghhh, dragging feet* 

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

Whining today.  Here trying to make myself at least put one foot in front of the other.  Never thought I would have to beat myself so hard after my first successful weight loss.  You all encourage me, hopefully I will act on it.

hey Z!!!   the key is finding something you actually LOVE to do.  i love my classes at the Y (Zumba, Turbo Kick and Step Class) and walking or running on my treadmill.  if it was something i loathed, it would definitely be a struggle.  good luck on finding what works for you. it will make all the difference in the world!!!

MsZ, I must agree with MsTay.  If you don't like it you won't make it your routine.  Fortunately there are plenty of workout options both group and solitary.  Keep experimenting.  When you find yours you'll want to work it.  No kidding. 

I took a short walk yesterday but not what I would really call exercise.  Still fighting the flu but going to gently hit the free weights for a bit.  I have that achy feeling that comes from laying idle for too long.
