It's Monday: How are YOU moving today?

 I got my 3 miles in this morning.  I MAY do something later due to the fact that I'm taking a 1/2 day off work...gotta get my vacation days out of the way before the end of the year!

How will YOU move to lose today?

 Hey Tay! 

I still ain't lost SHYT! but I got into the gym and did full body weights and a one mile speed run.  11:27min - not bad, but not my record. 

I'm going to change it up a bit this week and tomorrow will be my rest day.  For the last two weeks I didn't rest until Thurs - that had me feeling drained, so I'll break it up earlier in the week and see what happens.....

On the sick bench but the less I move the more I eat.  I will break out a walking dvd.  If my lungs cooperate, I think its about a 4 mile jog, about 50 min long.

Good morning Tay! I will be putting in my regular/normal 2hrs at the gym today. Would love to take my workout outside, but its much too cold and raining off and on here in Cali. Anyway, have a Marvelous Monday all!
