As Christmas draws near I am NOT trying to look like Santa. Been there, not going back. How about you? Tell the whole truth and be accountable. Are you setting yourself up for a Santa style physique despite your hard work this year? A feminine hourglass, a manly 'V' form, or an androgenous barrel; you pick.
Let us celebrate the season without sabatoging our weight loss/ maintenance. Switch the focus from food and beverage to good company, fun and activities. What you pass on this year will still be around in the future. Don't set yourself up for regret.

Yesterday: Too many calories. Too many carbs. Too litttle protein. Not a good day. I am in shame. Late high calorie snack, commercially prepared processed 'protein' food, no protein powder, equals bad day. Fighting what feels like the flu so no exercise.
No mercy and no excuses, less activity requires cutting back. I've had four out of six bad days this week. I don't need the holidays to set myself up for regrets. Time to stop bull****ting and live the committment made to myself with my decision for rny.
