"Its the most wonderful time of the year!", and I truly believe that Christmas lover that I am.  Tell the whole truth and be accountable.  
Will you be wonderful to your body this holiday season?  Are you planning ahead for parties and even impromptu gatherings?  How will you handle ****tails and hors d'orves?  Where will you stash an emergency snack?   

We can enjoy the season without sabatoging our weight loss/ maintenance.  Change your focus from food and beverage to good company, fun and activities.  What you pass on this year will still be around in the future.  Don't set yourself up for regret.

I did just fine over Thanksgiving and through the holiday weekend.  Monday was indulgent but well planned.  Tuesday through Thursday, total clusterfkcu.  Friday back on track for the most part but carbs were too high. 

I'm going to have to start posting the details again to keep myself honest.  I do best with full discloure.  Yesterday:

All out of vits.  No exercise.  Quart of plain water about 90 oz total liquids. 

Today's plan: Quart of plain water; 80 oz liquids total; 100g protein; net carbs under 50g.  Still out of vits and not headed to the store

Exercise will depend on how I feel later.  I'm fighting what I hope is not the flu or a chest cold comming on.  Damn, why didn't I make that call and get my shot.

I am still pretty up and down on my health right now and for the first time in my life I have no appetite.

I haven't been eating much which is awful for a big girl, but I am sure it will come back soon.

Planning to resume workouts on Monday depending how I feel.

 Hope you feel better soon.  Its been a few weeks already hasn't it?  

 I'm way off on working out myself.  Felt like **** all week and today's no better.  Unfortunately all I want to do is eat so I'm pushing to hold the calories in the wl zone.  

I hope to be back on it on Monday too.  I'm going to try a little exercise lite later and see what happens...  Feel better

Yeah but you know what i'm kind of glad, because I had gotten through the first month of the X and just from that first mon th and these 3 weeks of rest my freaking biceps are huge.  

I was bunning my hair yesterday and was like geez, and extended rest sure did make my arms grow huge.   Once I finish this cycle of the X, I am going to rest my arms for a few months before doing it again.

 Damn girl, you must look competition ready.  I'm afraid insanity may be expanding my thighs with all those squats/ lunges.   I am going for slender so I'm not happy about that at all.  My thighs are muscled enough.
