13 Week Challenge: Ending Week 9

Heeeyyyyyy my New You by the New Year Challengers!
How was it this week?  Did you do anything different from your first few weeks.  Did it show on the scale?  How was your eating, drinking, and exercise?  What kind of changes, if any, will you make going into the coming week?

Two months down!!! Only 4 weeks to go.  Lemme say that again, ONLY FOUR MORE WEEKS LEFT !!!

Ok, so I was a little sleep deprived last Friday.  As of today, we have FOUR weeks until 12/31/10!!!  What can you do in 4 weeks?  PLENTY!  If you've been playing around for the last 9 weeks (me included), this is OUR time to get it right.  FOUR WEEKS y'all!!!

My weight this morning was 169...SMH.  I did say we have four weeks to go right?  I need to keep saying that over and over and over to myself.  I have to really increase the exercise for the next two weeks.  After that, I'll be on doctor's restriction so I'll have to rely on my diet to carry me over the last two weeks. 

LET'S GET IT!!!

Hey Tay Tay.

I have really been lazy with the exercise  !!!    My aerobic classes are done until 1-3.   However still no reason not to exercise !!!

I am maintaining my weight.   Still I have to get myself motivated and back on the work out regimen !!!!!!

Nothing is really happening with my weight I am just stuck in the same five pound range. My exercise is on point my diet is not.  I think I am eating way to much.  I have been making sure to listen to my pouch this week so I know when enough is enough before I get full. I be in this battle to death so here is to another week of not giving up.

As of this morning I'm focused and working my plan once again.  The last few weeks I've been distracted but except for a holiday weekend break doing ok. 

This week I've been a hot mess .  After the holiday I did not jump right back on it.  Not feeling well is no excuse.  I'm still working on my goal of getting back into two pair of pants.  Between the alcohol and carbs I'm bloated and retaining water.  No more.  Strict focus today through Christmas Eve.

Hey Tay! I'm trying my best to make it to the BAF board more often. My life is banana's right now, which I hate! No really, I hate banana's. Anyway, I'm at this point just trying to eat better. I train all year long for my marathons so, I have no problems with exercise JUST THE FOOD part of it.  Carbs/chocolate keep calling a sistah's name. Argh! Anyway, the CHALLENGE! Great idea!

P.S. I won't know what my exact weight is until the 10th when I go to the doctors office. I don't have a scale at home thats a good and bad thing

Good morning,

I've been really trying to focus on my goal despite the million distractions and priorities that came.  In addition to staying low carb, I decided to try the morning classes so I would be taken care of first.  It worked well.  A little tough and tiring though. 

I took 6AM classes 3 times this week and worked out 2 other days in the afternoon/evening.  My muscles are sore from the 2 body pump classes.  I'll be at them again this week.

Grateful to report 3 lb loss.  Keep pressing forward.
