LMAOOOO!!!!! My definition means ain't SHYT going down this morning - don't worry! LOL. I am tired as heyl for no good reason - I've been able to sleep longer than usual and waking up is an exercise in itself.......
I am side eyeballin my kettlebells tho...... hehehehhehehe
I bought a new pair of running shoes yesterday - the place to pick up my Sat race packet was a running shoe store - the guy analyzed my gait and foot and fitted me in a pair of Ascics (sp?) an those jokers are NIIIIICCCCEEEE! I am crunk about wearing them for a run for real!!!
however.......
in talking to the dude, I told him I usually wear men's tennis shoes - he asked why - I told him it seemed to me the toe box worked better. He told me I have a normal width foot - but "you just have pretty big feet"
oh no he did NOT say that out loud!!!!! LMAOOOOOO Yea - I know I got boats but dayum cuz - can you spin that a lil better to a sister???
Anyway - they are 11.5 women's - no WONDER I couldn't find a woman shoe to fit - most stores only go to 11..........

I've often prefer men's athletic shoes myself. More wiggle room in the toes for my bunions, lol. Bsides, way back when in the 70's they only sold men's sizes standard. Us girls just bought a few sizes smaller.
Today I want to have a rest day too with MsMack and MsTay but this is a get of my @$$ day instead. Last week was busy and I am still wiped out but my heart needs to get pumping. The neurotic that I am imagines rapid decent into heart disease and stroke any time I do not pump it up for a solid hour for several days.
With all the cooking eating and drinking I keep checking for a pulse. Back to Insanity today then I will crash.
