Yesterday was a bust. Feeling lousy so I did not pay attention to what I ate or drank etc, etc, etc. This is the time when I need to make more of an effort but in the moment its hard to give a damn. My only objective today is to stay off the carbs.
I really need to cut back over the next three weeks to make up for Thanksgiving weekend and to prepare for the Christmas and New Year's festivities. Perhaps tomorrow...
