 3 miles today.  ZUMBA is today, yet i'm sad i can't go.  gotta go support my son at his basketball game.  may do some ZUMBA at home this evening.

 Full body free weight workout and 1 mile speed run - but I was 27sec slower than yesterday. 

Tomorrow is rest day! 

Friday - weights only - I have a 5K race Sat morning. 

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

It will be exercise lite today as I am not at full strength so to speak.  I'll pop in a Leslie Sansone dvd for a little something.
