Thought I could conquer the world yesterday but then I got slapped back into reality with weakness and fatigue. No conquering for me, I slept most of the day instead.
Ate poorly too. Craving salt. Started out ok but by the wee hours of this morning I was into the ff pringles and pretzels. What's left of the feeding frenzy goes in the trash today.
I'm all out of vits, got too little protein, most of my water was actually diet soda, reference feeding frenzy above, no exercise... This is the lifestyle of someone who will one day post about significant re gain.
Sick days are not freebies from plan. When I am down for the day my calories should be down too. When feeling lousy its even more important to get good nutrition, take my vits, and drink plenty of good quality fluids.

The good news is that I am really sticking with my exercise. Bad news I eat more than I burn. LOL> I was going to try to burn 1,000 calories a day, so that I could eat. That is my future plan. I just need to stop being so lazy and up my exercise. I need to drink more water and consume less salt and fat. The holiday was not too bad. I did enjoy some cake and pie for a few days, but then tra**** went. I have not had any type of alcohol beverages for a couple weeks now, but now I am eating more. I am going to find balance. I am still 25 pounds from goal, and I know I have to put in the work. If I could go back I would have done better during the first 12 months. I wish the fear I had when I first had surgery was still there. Oh well! Time to buckle down and get it together. I have plans to shop in a few days. Need to make sure to fill the house with plenty of healthy foods. Will I ever get to my goal weight?
You will get there. As your weight comes down its harder to get that high calorie burn. That's why I run or do eliptical whenever I can.
The burn for me is about 600 cal per hour. As good as it gets once I got under 150 lbs. The days of the 1200 cal work out are gone with the obesity that allowed for it.
