If you're on the injured list, what are you doing to repair yourself? If you need to modify your program, how will you get it done? If you need to catch up, have you made a plan? If I've missed your particular category of issue, how will you work it out?
I have not forgotten the missing folks who were going to join us in this but have been mia for a bit. I won't name any names. You know who you are. Big thumbs up to those of us who keep pushing play no matter what. LET'S DO THIS!!!

Back at it today, one week behind. That's the bad news. The good news is when I'm all caught up I am all done with the program.
