Insanity/P90X???
P90X-Day 64&65-Chest, Shoulders, Triceps, Ab Ripper X & Plyometrics:
Yesterday, took a rest day bcaus I was in so much pain but today I had 2 get her done. CST & ARX was a killa and Plyo kicked my butt. I will not lie, a sistah was spent by the time I got 2 the middle of Plyo. Maybe I should have spaced it out but I did it 1 right after another. I could have done better though. Just gonna keep it movin!
Where are my Insane people?

Got home and realized I left my insanity dvds behind. Ill have them back on Tues. Ill be 2 weeks late but gonna get this last week finished and over with.
