Insanity/P90X???
P90X-Day 57-Chest & Back, Ab Ripper X:
I was running around all day 4 the fam and I swear I did not want to work out. But I pushed myself and got it done. Killed the C&B although I still cannot do some of the push-ups, but I am gettn better. ABX kicked my azz 2night. After recovery week its always hard but I still got it in and I am so very happy I did..Still bringin it peoples..Still bringin it!!! And still lovin the X.
