13 Week Challenge: Week 8

 Heeeyyyyyy my New You by the New Year Challengers!
How was your seventh week?  Did you do anything different from your first few weeks.  Did it show on the scale?  How was your eating, drinking, and exercise?  What kind of changes, if any, will you make going into your eighth week?

Well...I continued on with my exercise that included my 3 miles almost daily.  I continued with the step class two days this week.  Zumba is still on point.  My eating was pretty good.  My water intake WILL be better this week!  

I weighed in at 169 this morning...two pounds up from last week.  It's TOM, so does that "really" even count?  LMAO!!!  I'm feeling better physically and mentally and to me that has more weight than the scale!

LET'S GET IT!!!

I am still hanging n there.

167 this morning.   1 pound down net since challenge.

My goal was back down to my lowest, 150,  however my body is just not feeling  that.  Had that "chicken neck"  look  going so maybe at 5' 5"  that was too small for my frame.

I will be okay to maintenance out 160 -165

214 this morning.  Thank you Jesus!  

Added 2 spin classes and a 30 minute lap swimming session last week to regular workouts.  Did pretty well with the carbs.  Did drink a few glasses of sugar sweetened iced tea.  TOM also over.

Have a great thanksgiving.

I was down 2lbs this week at 266! Back on track, one pound to my lowest since surgery
