P90X - Day 56: Rest Day...Looking forward to Training Block 3 starting 2morrow. 4 more weeks and I will be done with my first round of P90X..Whooo Hoooo!

I know you guys are going through some things. Lee, I am so sorry about your loss. And Marcia God is going to see you through this. Stay strong my friends, stay strong!!! We can do this and it doesn't matter if you do not finish on time, just as long as you finish is all that counts.

I still am just not in the mood to workout, I am feeling all my mama's pain right now and will get back on track hopefully Monday.

Keep holding it down for the crew we are catching it right now, but we haven't given up.
