I'm in the middle of major drama right now so working out was blown off. Today should have started my last week of insanity. Right now I'm not sure if I'll finish on schedule. Damn.

I completed Insanity Max Cardio Conditioning yesterday morning and it was BRUTAL!!! It's NON-STOP with no water breaks!!
This morning I completed a much needed Max Recovery! It was very slow and I didn't sweat much but I really wasn't ready for an intense workout today so it's all good. I didn't even have to cuss Shaun T out today AND he looks GOOD in those black tights!!! LOL!
