Tuesday: How will YOU move today?

i got up and did my thing on the treadmill this morning.  the new shoes felt GREAT...gotta lot of cushion, which my feet thoroughly enjoyed.  so far so good.

i'm planning on a cardio kick class at lunch and a step class after work...

how are YOU moving today?

Umm - my ankle was up before me this morning - and when I woke up before my late alarm and thought BRIEFLY about doing some kettlebell work in the den...... my ankle went off on me..... said I WISH you WOULD try some shyt.... what was that? you wanna WHAT???!!!!!!  Like Pinky in Friday in the rekkid sto - SAY SOM-IN ELSE NICCA!!!!!

  I stayed in the bed and watched my recorded Judge Mathis.  

LOL! 

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

get all the rest you need.  those kettlebells and running shoes will still be there when you are ready!

I could use some new cushy running shoes myself.  For today its barefoot and still insanity.

Three mile or more walk with hand weights.  I sure can not weight until after my exam is over so I can get back in the gym etc.  I can only fit exercise in before or during work for short periods of time.
