LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
Its a double up week, morn/ eve so I can get caught up and finally done. Wed starts my last week and I want to be finished on time.
I could not handle working out this weekend but today I'm rested and ready to roll. This week I'll pass on my rest day and rest next week after day 60 is over. Insanity, I'm ready to close you out and kick ShaunT to the curb.

This morning I completed Max Interval Circuit. It kicked my butt! I wasn't expecting an hour workout! And those damn SIDEWAYS SUICIDE JUMPS???? wtf??? I couldn't do them--I didn't want to hurt myself, so I just did the regular suicide jumps. AND I was cussing Shaun T out with those damn PLANK PUNCHES and FLOOR SWITCH KICKS!! LOL! Needless to say, I got a good workout!
I planned on doing the Fit Test on Sunday, but I never got around to it. So, I'll be doing it tonight.

I am still on broke down. I don't think i'm going to continue on with Insanity. My bad knees and ****** up back is telling me it's time to say bye bye and stop being insane by trying to complete a program that in the long run is no good for my body.
I will of course continue on with the X because muscles are the best thing I can do for my body, remaining strong as my ragedy body falls apart.
No workout today or until my siatic nerve allows me to move.
