Today I'm feeling the veggies which means getting my protein will be tough. I'll be sipping shakes so I can have my veg meals. The day started with bacon & eggs. So far so good.
The goal for today is just to stick with the program and catch up on missed work outs.
lentils is not bad at all..Nothing wrong with a little fiber. You didn't wake up to eat you during the middle of the night.
Today is my first day back. I woke up craving everything, but still didn't touch the brownies sitting on the counter. Now I just need to figure what to do with myself. I know I am not going to eat sweets, but I also don't know what to eat. LOL.Thinking healthy thoughts. LOL> Heading over to sparkpeople, so I can have an idea what I should be eating. I am lost right now, but it is okay because I have to figure it out. I am excited to get back on the Treadmill today. I already want to do two or three miles, but I am going to stick with my plan of one mile a day for 30 days. Water! Think yummy thoughts...LOL. Not excited about the water, but I am going to start off with 48 ozs a day and gradually increase. Vitamins are already in order. This time next year I will be where I want to be.
