What can I say, it was a total pig out day.  Emotional eating.  Grazed like a cow.  Damnit why can't I be one of those chicks who can't eat when upset? 

There really is not an upside but it was nearly all protein.  Calories are way over the top but I have not completed my numbers yet.  I found one last day of multis so I got part of my vits and plenty of water for the day. 

Now here is the kicker:  AT NEARLY TWO YEARS POST OP I HAVE DISCOVERED HOW TO CIRCUMVENT MY POUCH WHICH CAN EVENTUALLY LEAD TO WLS FAILURE OVER THE LONG TERM.  These tips will help you raise your day's calorie load by 50%, 100% or even more. 

1 - Drink as I eat.  It can make me dump, but if the foods are not high in fat I can get away with it making over eating possible. 

2 - Eat softer foods.  The low bulk permits me to eat all day.  I have the satisfaction of grazing without upsetting my pouch. 

3 - Eat more often.  Once the pouch empties fill it up again rather than waiting for the next regular meal or snack time. 

4 - Eat first think later.  Forethought deters over eating.  By eating then adding it to my tracking after having my fill, I can say what's done is done and move on to the next meal. 

5 - Make every excuse you can for your behavior.  My pouch is not working...  I'm upset or depressed and need the outlet...  I can't help myself...  Whatever bull**** works at the moment to let me eat, and eat, and eat...

Yes BAF people, you too can work against your own best interest.  You too can seek return to the corpulence that was killing you slowly.  You too can wallow in self pity and regret for disrespecting your body and salve yourself with further self abuse.  The only question is this:  DO YOU
REALLY WANT TO LIVE YOUR LIFE THIS WAY?

Dear Lord MsFaith, I hear you and I am feeling it too.  We've got to pray for strength to stick with it.       We will do this.
