13 Week Challenge: Week 7
How was your sixth week? Did you do anything different from your first few weeks. Did it show on the scale? How was your eating, drinking, and exercise? What kind of changes, if any, will you make going into your seventh week?
Well...I continued on with my exercise that included my 3 miles almost daily. I took a step class that I haven't taken in awhile, and it kicked my butt...literally! I will be penciling this in as often as I can. Zumba is still on point. I even swam some laps yesterday. My sore body really appreciated it. My eating was "decent". As good as I am abou****er, I didn't get it all in this week.
I weighed in at 167 this morning...two pounds down from last week If I can get past the 165 point (again), I will start seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.
LET'S GET IT!!!

People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown
I am not feeling this wls thing this week but we don't get time off now do we. I've got edema so the scale is my enemy right now.
Eating has been hit and miss this week. Net overall its about break even. Not so bad as to promote weight gain but not in the weight loss zone either.
I plan to cut my calories now through Thanksgiving so I can pay a litttle forward to cover that stuffing and pumpkin pie. I may not be feeling my program right now but I'll be damned if I let the holiday make me even more fat.

LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I worked out 1 hour for 6 days this week. However, I ate even more fervently than my workouts.
The low carb/no sugar thing didn't work out. My TOM and chocolate/sugar cravings beat me more than once. I drank cup after cup of green tea with splenda to soothe my cravings and chills. I also went to a wedding and ate the chocolate kiss favors and a piece of cake with frosting. I was showing off in full form when I ate the scoop of mac & cheese and the scoop of white potato salad they put on my plate. I haven't had either one of those in almost a year! Hopefully it will be a better week next week. I should be grateful for the 1 lb loss. I am.
Thanks for the challenge. I press forward.
