LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I'm still in a snit but stuck to my plan fairly well yesterday with food and liquids. Unfortunately, I finished the last of my vits yesterday and I was already out of calcium and iron so today's vits are a bust.
Oh and arrrgh, I had a small middle of the night snack that I have to add to breakfast tracking for today. I never ate at night until about a year post op. Just what I need. A new way to over eat.

I had See's candy last night, four pieces and man were they good. We have the next four days off so it will be really hard to eat well and I don't know if I will even try.
Wait, I have to try admit, I have two reunions coming up and my revenge. OK, I'M EATING RIGHT.
