I had to skip yesterday due to being hit by **** as it hit the fan. Truthfully, I am not in the mood for this damned insanity today but I will get it done and make up for yesterday by the end of the week.

He doesn't expect any viral infections or anything just says I have a cold that is hanging on and being in a classroom full of sick folks don't help.
So I am going to take it easy today and not workout, he wants me to not workout until I feel better but that is not happening. I'll maybe take today and tomorrow off.
REVENGE AND REUNION, it's still on cause i'm eating really well.
We are both gluttons for punishment trying to stay on a schedule that's neither here nor there.
You're even worse than me with the catch up sessions. I'm so determine to finish on time I've doubled up every missed session until MS resulted in weakness and coplapse. So of course like a fool I modified my moves to finish, lol.

My Puerto Rican family in June, My black family in July and somehow I have to fit a summer trip in there. DAMIT.
I am excited but scared because I really need to lose some weight, actually forget the weight, I just really need to be in a size 12 jeans or less.

You've got the whole winter to get to your desired size. You will do it but you better stop adding thigh muscles.
I think all these squats are contributing to my tight pants. Inner thighs remain flabby but quads/ calfs have grown and hamstrings were always tight. I want to get back to the eliptical asap.

I have a exercise ball that I squeeze between my legs and I lay on the floor with a strap on my feet and have Becca hold it while I flex, but I don't really do anything to build bulk.
Squats hurt the hell out of my knees, but I won't lie I still do them.
My thighs and calves burn with the squats and lunges and those side to side ski moves. I know its weakness from the ms the way it comes and goes. I've always had large strong legs but now I think its too much bulk. Yet my @$$ is still totally flabby like the air was let out, lol.
Take care of your knees. No knee isues but I feel the hip joint during some moves. No pain but I feel it.
