so, there was no 5am session this morning.  that step class WORE ME OUT yesterday.  i think i went to bed around 9ish last night...smh

today it's Zumba!!!  afterwards, i'll hit the treadmill to get my 3 miles in.

whaddup!!!!  full body free weight workout for me and a 1mile measured run.

what's a measured run, you ask? LOL! For long distance running, you have to measure your pace to keep lactic acid from building up so fast it freezes your muscles. So - I am breaking the half marathon into 4.5 mile 'chunks' - 1st chunk at a slow pace 2nd chunk faster than normal and 3rd at my normal 'cruising' speed.  I practiced my slow pace this morning, oddly enough it's what I have the most trouble with.

Only an outfit test run for me tomorrow - one mile and slow - then nothing till sunday morning!

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

My body hurts.  This is the 1st week I'm attempting to work out everyday.  Yesterday was line dance and I was worn out.  Today, I plan to do some circuit training and cycling.

Walking, walking and more walking it all I can seem to fit in these days before and during work. I have not had enough time to go to the gym because of my studies but I have been walking about 3 miles a day.
