Keep running girl.  Maybe you'll get fast enough to out run the pounds. 

Why is it that so many of us work our @$$ es off but can't loose theses damned pounds without a fight?   

Well Treena seems to be the only one loving her program and finding it really easy so maybe she will get the results we all want.  

oh - imma keep running - believe that! LOL I enjoy it too much now.

As for the lbs - I'm totally disinterested now - before I used to feel like the scale would scream 'F-U!' at me when i hopped on......

I feel ya Trina!  Running is my THERAPY! lol!

I don't have the energy to run and finish insanity but I'll be back to one foot in front the other as soon as I'm done.  It's not that I like it but it gets the heart rate up.  

We may not loose weight running but we strengthen the heart and lungs.    That aerobic capacity has to count for somethijng. 

I went to see my dr. for my semi annual WLS checkup. After seeing how easily the liquids flowed thru me, we decided that I needed a slight fill.  I am now at 2.9 cc's in my 4 cc band.  I happy to report since yesterday that I can barely eat, which is what I needed.  I am three months away from celebrating my 4 year bandiversary.  Maybe, just maybe at 4 years out, I may finally reach my goal.  I can tell you this. I  am NOT giving up!
