It's Monday: How are YOU moving today?

well, the alarm went off at 5am.  i instinctively pressed the snooze button.  after about 2 minutes, i came to my senses and sprang from bed to hop on the treadmill.  i got in 2 miles when i noticed i was getting a blister on my ankle.  i called it quits, but tonight i will finish my run WITH doubled-up socks!!!

 Hey Tay!!!! 

I hit the gym at 5 too!  Full body free weight workout - that ish felt GOOD too - then a 1 mile run for speed. 

11min, 11 sec - that's another 26seconds faster than my best time last week.  WHOOOHOOO!!! 

Looks like my goal of 11min or under by the end of this year is gonna happen!  I'm stoked!

Be careful about that blister - it's better to rest and let it heal than to pu****

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

about that blister: i actually had it last week, but my dumb a$$ thought it was a mosquito bite.  it itched like hell and i scratched the mess out of it...actually the liquid out of it...lol

this morning i was wearing ankle socks and i noticed part of my shoe rubbing on that one spot. light bulb moment!!!  i think i'll be ok as long as i wear long socks...besides, it's on the side in the "soft spot" area.

I start week 5 of P90X and Insanity today, but I feel like ****  I hate being sick.  But I will workout because I am not running a fever.

Insanity day forty something or the other.  Another two weeks or so of month two and I'm done.  I can't wait to turn this over to my thin sister and watch her torture      , lol.    I'm ready to get back to freeway210k, the eliptical, and my free weights.  If this did not cost so damned much I'd quit.

I completed Insanity Core Cardio & Balance this morning.  I plan to run 3 miles on the treadmill later this evening.
