My Vitamin Regimen..
B1: 50 mg every other day
B12: 1000 mcg every other day
Super B Complex: Once a day
Calcium Citrate: 4 a day
Women's One Daily: 1 a day
Biotin: 5000 mcg once a day
Fish Oil (Omega 3&6): 1200 mg 4x a day
Glucosamine: 1500 mg 2x a day
Iron: 45 mg once a day
Here is how I take them:
Morning: B1, B12, Super B Complex, Iron, Biotin, Glucosamine, Women's One Daily
Afternoon: Fish Oil, Glucosamine, Calcium Citrate
Evening: Fish Oil, Glucosamine, Calcium Citrate
All taken with food

Schedule: Breakfast: Iron, multi, B-12 Lunch: 2 calciums Dinner: 2 calciums, Vit D drops
