INSANITY/ P90X.... REVENGE AND REUNION

P90X - Chest, Shoulders, Triceps, Ab Ripper
INSANITY - Core Cardio and Balance (Recovery Week)
DAY 28 on both programs for me and I am sick and didn't want to do either. I was a totally dizzy so I took it really easy and did my X workout with 10 pound weights and not 15 because I don't need to be dropping **** on my head or feet.
I am telling you guys now, there is no dam way i'm doing this Insanity workout over and over again for the next 6 days, no dam way. I hate Insanity, hate it. LOL.
Even though i'm still pretty sick I still got my workout on and now I feel like complete **** but I have to prepare for a presentation so I have to write up some speaker notes, so that doesn't leave me much time to be sick.

LOL! I don't know how I'm going to get through this Recovery week either!
I am sooooo not happy with my results with Insanity!!! My scale moved 3 little pounds and my clothes don't fit me any different. I still have to take my 30-day pictures, but I don't see any difference when looking in the mirror. I did not change my eating habits, but I would think that since I was adding INSANE cardio that I would lose more weight. I plan to change my eating habits with Month 2.
The ONLY good thing I can say about Insanity is that my runs are stronger. I have the endurance to run faster now. I am up to 5.5 mi/hr. My goal is 6.0.
I don't know why...BUT...I'm still getting up in the morning and pressing PLAY!!!
