LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I have fallen completely off! No water, no exercise, eating plenty of refined sugar and carbs. Call 911 it is an emergency..I don't need to return back to my previous weight and that is exactly the road I will be headed if I do not control it now. I am one year out from my surgery date..Oh how the time passed. I have already started off bad this morning with some chips and dip. At least lunch was good with a grilled chicken salad, but I did use reg. ranch. dressing. Living in a house where there are plenty of bad carbs makes me weak, however, my strength will evolve and I will start making the right decisions for myself. I had this surgery to be healthy, and dangit healthy I will be.

Looks like you and I are swimming in the same **** hole. We jumped in it so we have to make up our minds to get ourselves out. We know what we need to do. We are both just a snack away from being right back where we started.
